The farmhouse is surrounded by 6 hectares of land and is located 7 km from the Tibetan Bridge of Sellano, 20 from Rasiglia, 20 from Norcia, 28 from Cascia and 8 from the Terme di Triponzo. Close to the Sibillini National Park and the Corno and Nera rivers, where seasonally you can fish and rafting, it is ideal for the outdoors. ATMs, shops, bars and restaurants within 2 km. The space The original nucleus of the farmhouse is a stone tower dating back to the 1600s, which today houses two of the three bedrooms of the house, and one of the two bathrooms. Over time, the stable, the current living room, and then the farmer's actual home were added to the tower, now transformed into a large double bedroom, a living room and an additional bathroom. The house has several external entrances, several uncovered parking spaces, a small outdoor living room with a wood-fired oven, and a fountain/washbasin, which still maintains the ancient animal trough, where an outdoor area is set up for eating with a table and chairs. A barbecue is also available. Guest access The farmhouse is at guests' complete disposal, as well as the outdoor area adjacent to the house, which includes the washbasin/drinking trough and the wood-burning oven. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a microwave oven, toaster and kettle. We also invite you to explore the 6 hectares of land on the property, losing yourself in the groves behind the farmhouse, until you reach the stream that divides our fields from those of the neighbor: a perfect area for relaxation and picnics. We only ask that you respect the work of the farmer who rents the land, to avoid damage to any harvest. This also means that you might happen to be there during the periods of sowing, harvesting, etc...and run into the workers in the fields surrounding the farmhouse. Other things to note 1) The farmhouse is in the open countryside, so please pay attention to the uneven surfaces of the outdoor garden to avoid the risk of tripping. 2) The farmhouse has a wi-fi connection. However, due to the lack of fast internet connection coverage, we have opted for a pocket wi-fi inside which there is a phone card that connects in 4g. Usually the signal is excellent, but it is nevertheless subject to the coverage of the telephone operator that relies on the Vodafone network. The connection is also limited in terms of the gigabytes available and is therefore ideal for light surfing and social media, but not suitable for downloads. In addition, the signal, due to the thick walls of the house, does not cover the entire farmhouse. 3) To reach the second double bedroom, you must climb spiral stairs.
