The pool is freshwater, which completes the prestige of the house. It is divided into two floors, the lower floor opens onto an open space with a large living room, a TV area with a suggestive gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is on the same floor. Here we find a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. There is also a service bathroom and laundry room where there is a second refrigerator. On the lower floor, facing the pool, is the first sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds, both with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second sleeping area is located on the first floor with two elegant double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a large panoramic terrace equipped with a living room with sea view. On the other side of the pool, there is an annex consisting of a large double bedroom with kitchenette, minibar and bathroom with shower. Access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests. Peace and privacy are protected by a 24-hour active security service. (please see the price list of additional services) RESIDENCE RULES As per regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency upon first entry. Please do not go directly to the front door, as access will not be allowed. We kindly ask you to meet us at the meeting point communicated. Guests or group members arriving after the scheduled check-in time, after prior communication, will be able to go directly to the door and indicate the name of the villa and the booking name to gain access. The use of parasols, sun loungers, deckchairs or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as this distorts the natural beauty of the landscape. Access to motorhomes and large vehicles is prohibited. Only passenger cars are allowed. No pets allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to park or walk on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also forbidden to wash animals, either in the port area or in the waters opposite. Do not throw cigarette butts or matches on the street: a simple gust of wind can be enough to ignite dry grass and cause a fire. Within the residence, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed greater than 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, in order to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. We kindly inform our guests that maintenance or renovation work may take place in certain areas of the residence, from mid-September to mid-June.
