Comfortable pod with en suite shower offering good quality accommodation for couples or single travellers in a spacious house central to attractions in Southsea and it's famous Albert Road. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, local amenities and public transport. We are experienced hosts and always strive to make your stay the most enjoyable. Offering value for money and happy to be your hosts. The space The pod has an En-Suite shower room with a modern chrome shower, wash basin and toilet. It is fully fitted with high speed wifi, and a 40 inch flatscreen smart TV (including Netflix, BBC and ITV iplayer and laptop TV connection). Guest access The guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen ( shared space). The kitchen has 2 fridges and a cooker. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the kitchen as well as a round dining table to seat up to 4 people and a small sofa to seat a further 2. Additionally there is a garden off the kitchen for use of all guests. There is a possibility for hiring out the whole house for any group gatherings you have in mind. Other things to note We are in the MD parking zone and you would need a parking permit between 4.30 pm -6.30 pm, other times there are no restrictions. We provide the permits and they are £2 per ticket ( you would need 1 per day). Please note that this is on street parking and it is a case of finding a space anywhere along the road or the roads nearby.
