Little Dingles is a spacious, modern, detached property set in a rural location, with meadow views and glimpses of the ocean beyond. The space The first floor is open plan, with fully equipped kitchen (inc. dishwasher and microwave) plus dining area and lounge. The adjoining bedroom has King size bed and an ensuite shower/wc. The ground floor consists of a south facing garden room with bi-fold doors leading onto private patio. Located at the end of a private lane it shares a garden with the main property and the adjoining 11 acres of private land. The land is split into two upper Permanent Pasture fields and a lower Winter Grazing Paddock, Damson Orchard and adjacent Nature Reserve with Ground Water Pond and Broadleaf Woodland which guests are welcome to walk around and use (please ensure all gates are closed). From the top of our fields are uninterrupted views over Bude and the North Cornwall Coastline as far as Padstow/Trevose. This fully equipped property with underfloor heating throughout, is also the perfect choice for the winter months. Within 20 min walk of the town and beaches it is the perfect location for those who would prefer not to drive. Outdoor leisure activities are abundant and for those interested in cycling, golfing, surfing, or simply walking, there is plenty of secure space at the property for the storage of your outdoor equipment. We are happy for you to use the immediate garden around Little Dingles and the privately owned pasture land adjoining. We do ask guests to respect our privacy by not using the gardens around the main house. We would also ask you to be responsible around the animals (including horses and sheep). Other things to note For visitors with a full or hybrid Electric Vehicle we have a 7kW Type 2 tethered charger located inside the garage. Guests are welcome to use this by arrangement. Charging fees are set according to normal market rates (£0.45/kWh as of Apr 2025) and should be settled with owners before departure. A washing machine and tumble drier are available, free of charge to guests and can be found in the garage. Also guests can share use of the deep freeze in an adjacent building. Please ask if you require either. We are happy to host couples with new born babies (not toddlers) at no extra charge. Unfortunately, we do not provide a cot or other baby facilities. We have 2 young sibling working labradors, who are both very friendly and free range in the garden. On arrival they will probably come to meet you but will normally quickly disappear once they’ve said hello. We keep horses which are occasionally stabled in the nearby yard. This is an area which should not be entered unless by arrangement as there is always a potential for accidents where horses are concerned.
