Catriona, Tower Farm - Farm Steading

Catriona is a 3 bedroom house located within a farm steading. The farm steading has 4 properties, 3 holiday houses (including this one) and one private residential property. Catriona is a home from home, fully furnished to a comfortable high standard. Recently refurbished (July 2020) with a new kitchen and bathroom. The property has three bedrooms - one large master bedroom with super king bed. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. The space Catriona is an extremely spacious three bedroomed house. On the ground floor is the fully equipped, newly fitted (July 2020) kitchen/diner which comfortably sits 6 people. From there, a spacious hallway leads to a conservatory/sun room with access to a patio area and the front garden. The living room is again very spacious and includes another table which comfortably sits 6 people. A recently installed wet room concludes the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is large with a super king bed and plenty of floor space for travel cots or a blow up mattress if need be for children. The other two bedrooms are of similar size, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. The bathroom (installed July 2020) has an electric shower over the bath. Outside space - a large driveway to the front with ample room for 2 to 3 cars. As mentioned, front garden with patio area. From the backdoor in the kitchen you enter a courtyard at the back of the house which leads to the fully enclosed (safe for children and pets), sunny private side garden which is mainly lawn with a small patio area. Guest access Guests have access to the whole space. Other things to note The closest shop is our family farm shop, Mr Neep. Mr Neep is also based at Tower Farm but when travelling north on A1 it is the next turn off on the left after the one for the holiday house. At Mr Neep you can pick up all sorts of fruit and vegetables (lots of which is grown locally) and an abundance of other essentials such as milk, bread, butter, cheese, eggs and lots more! The closest supermarket is Asda on the outskirts of Dunbar (10 miles travelling north from Tower Farm). This is also where the closest petrol station is. Eyemouth (14 miles travelling south from TF) has a Coop in the town centre. Berwick-upon-Tweed (19 miles travelling south from TF) has various supermarkets, both central and on the outskirts - Morrisons, Tesco, Asda, Aldi and M&S Food.
