The flat is in an old building build in 1898, I am the owner of the house and renovated the flat generally in 2012, let it for long term rent the last 3 years and completely furnished it end of 2014. The house has tenants from Ireland, USA and locals, we are open minded. If you leave the house to the right down north-east to the the roundabout, called Claudiaplatz, approximately 150 meters away there starts the parking zone. The start of the zone is marked by a green line and a big green P on the street asphalt, you can get a 1 day ticket for € 7,00 also more days possible, Saturday and Sunday free of charge too.
