Parking is not allowed inside the villa. • 🚫 Access to the property: For security and privacy reasons, it is not allowed to bring in external guests/friends who are not registered in the booking. • 🤫 Respect and tranquility: To ensure everyone gets the relaxation a vacation deserves, I kindly ask guests to maintain respectful behavior and avoid disturbing noise, especially in the evening and at night. • ⚽ Activities in the villa and pool It is not allowed to play ball or introduce inflatables of any kind, both in the villa and in the pool. This is to protect the safety, tranquility and decorum of the common areas. • 🚭 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, with care and respect for other guests. • 🧹 Cleanliness and care of the spaces: I invite you to treat the house as if it were your own, leaving the rooms tidy and well cared for.
