Comfortable and modern room, to the city center

This modern and comfortable room is located on the ground floor, has a kitchen with cooking facilities, a double bed and bathroom with sink and shower. Coffee, tea and WiFi are free and parking on site. You have your own entrance. The studio is suitable for business guests and equipped for short and longer stays. The room is close to the train station (200m), Doornroosje (200m), the Municipal Theatre (500m) and the Concert Association (700m). The space The room has a comfortable double bed (200x160) and a private kitchen. Obviously there is a dining and ample seating space to allow a pleasant stay. Toilet and bathroom are shared with the tenants of our other studio (if rented). For people who have trouble walking; all amenities on the ground floor. Breakfast can be ordered in advance (fees apply) and will be set ready in your room. So you can have breakfast whenever you want. Guest access You have access to your studio with a digital key. You will receive it a few days in advance. This way you can arrive whenever you want. Do you not have a smartphone? We'll provide you a real key :-) During your stay During the day we may be present because our office space is in the same building. Furthermore, you have all privacy because we do not live there yourself (but only 5 minutes away. We are always available for your questions). If the other studio is also rented, you have to take account of those guests. Other things to note You probably already have all kinds of plans, but as a courtesy we have still some materials from the Tourist Information collected for you. Furthermore there are some funny little games and a stack of reading material ready for you. We have a private parking but there are (still) plenty of opportunities for free parking in the neighborhood.
