Welcome to our typical Ticino cottage located in the hills above Tenero, not far from Locarno. This charming cottage is spread over 3 floors, and offers an authentic environment composed as follows: - living room with kitchen and fireplace - bedroom with sofa bed - attic with double bed and single bed - TV and Wi-Fi - outdoor shower and toilet - garden with stone tables and grill The space Ground Floor: Once you open the front door, you will find yourself in the heart of the cottage. This floor houses a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, equipped with numerous appliances. You will also find a dining table and a typical wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up on colder days and creating a family atmosphere. First Floor: Going up the stairs, on the first floor you will find a sofa bed with TV. This space can also serve as a bedroom, as the sofa turns into a comfortable bed. Attic: On the top floor, in a comfortable and relaxing environment, you will find the main bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom: In our 250-year-old cottage, we have tried to keep the old by combining it with the new. Originally, the cottages were devoid of toilets, so we added a bathroom with a shower, located outside but attached to the main structure. Exteriors: Outside the cottage, you will find a large space with a garden, stone tables and a grill, ideal for making the most of summer days. Guest access To facilitate your check-in, you will be welcomed in person. The private parking lot is located 100 meters from the cottage. There is the possibility to park next to the cottage to unload luggage. Other things to note The apartment is located in the middle of nature, but also in a strategic position, a few minutes by car or public transport from Tenero, Locarno, Ascona and the Verzasca Valley. Tenero station is 1.6 km away. Several grocery stores can also be reached in a short time.
