9 Millburn Street is in the beautiful artists town of Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway . Comfortable, homely and a little bit quirky, this property has 3 double rooms, a bathroom, a large family kitchen ,lounge with open coal fire, day room/ utility room. The enclosed back garden has an outside toilet, a newly renovated art/craft studio with running water and is secure and can be used for storing bicycles golf clubs etc. Two well behaved dogs welcome, please include dogs when booking. The space The property is under 5 minutes walk from shops and local amenities and a short drive from the coast and several beaches. Kirkcudbright artist town has many attractions including a new art gallery, with festivities throughout the year. Kirkcudbright is also an active fishing port. The area offers a multitude of different pursuits including cycling, walking, golf, beaches and historic castles - all within a reasonable drive. There are also lots of places for dog walking. Guest access The entire house and back garden are for use by our guests. Other things to note The property is not suitable for wheel chairs as there are four flights of stairs. Due to fire and safety rules the day room must not be used as a bedroom.
