Ideally located, at the gates of Pézenas, we welcome you to the heart of the small village of Roujan. We are in a green setting in the middle of one of the largest wine regions in France, and 30 minutes from the beaches. Our wine cellar has 2 cottages far from each other on the property. "The appentis du chai" for 4 people and the "Datcha" hut with 19th century stained glass windows for 2 people. This penthouse adjoining our cellar has been renovated and offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The space No pets Non-smoking cottage. No parties or events; Check-in after 3 p.m. and checkout before 11 a.m. Private and secure parking. Shared swimming pool for the occupants of the cottages, 6 people in total, and the owners. Although secure, children remain under the responsibility of their parents. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mandatory cleaning fee: €40 Rental: 3 days minimum from September to June Rental: 7 days minimum from July to August Guest access The gîte, the private terrace, the swimming pool and the rest area around, the private parking lot and the playground in front of the parking lot.
