Our villa, called Pagaldegarai, is located in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa. You will be just 20 minutes drive from San Sebastian, in a privileged environment surrounded by nature and tranquility, with private garden, paddle tennis area and barbecue. It is the perfect place for family reunions or with friends, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy and the green routes that surround the natural landscape. The space This charming house offers you a calm and carefree stay. The villa sleeps 8 people. It is distributed in 400 m2. There are six tastefully decorated rooms that sleep up to two people each. Four bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, all of which can be arranged as doubles on request. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The villa has five bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three of them are equipped with showers, the other two offer guests bathtubs with shower taps. One of the showers has sauna facilities. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with various state-of-the-art amenities: two burners, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee grinder and coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, grill, toaster and different pieces of kitchenware and crockery; and a dining room. The luxury villa has a sports area with squash, racquetball, Basque ball, darts and bicycles. The living room is divided into a leisure area with a TV with international channels, a DVD and CD player, a music system with a music library, books and toys for children, and a seating area with a fireplace. Outside amenities include a barbecue, outdoor grill, screen-free porch, and other furnished seating areas. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Parking: The property has a private parking space on the premises. Hot water: Hot water is provided by a gas water heater. Outdoor area: It has an area with a fronton to practice paddle tennis and bicycles of different sizes. Outdoor dining area furnished.
