Enjoy a fun stay at this high quality house with a 7 seater hot tub, table tennis and BBQ area, within a 15 min walk of Cardiff City Centre. Its a great place for in-house fun, as well as close to everything Cardiff has to offer. Enjoy the hot tub, table tennis, cook up a storm on the BBQ or retire to the new fully equipped kitchen with mood lighting. Wifi included. Sleeps up to 19 with 4 camp beds. The space The building is a 3 storey terraced house with 6 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double beds and the other bedrooms have a mix of single beds and bunk beds with the addition of 3 pull-out camp beds if you wish to sleep 19 guests. There is a large open plan kitchen and living area for socialising and a large outdoor garden with hot tub, table tennis, outdoor seating and bbq. The hot tub is maintained to Health and Safety Executive standards. There is a washing machine in the basement. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and garden. Other things to note Please enter the correct amount of guests in the booking as this changes the price by £25 (plus any airbnb fee) per person per night up to 16 people. There is no additional amount after 16. There is on street paid parking and we have an off road paid parking facility a few minutes walk away. Hot tub. The hot tub and garden should not be used after 11pm as excess noise disturbs neighbours Do not stand on the lid. They are £350 to replace. We test the water quality twice a day. If inappropriate use of the tub has resulted in the deterioration of the water quality then we may have to pump out the water and re-fill it with clean water. This means it may take up to 20 hours for the water temperature to get up to 35 degrees. Examples of inappropriate use of the water would include pouring drinks in the water, putting food in the water and wearing fake tan in the water. In the summer when the ground water temperature is higher the heating up period will be shorter. Your safety is our highest priority so please let all the guests know. HOT TUB SAFETY RULES. ■ ·Keep your head above water at all times. ■ ·Remember 15 minutes is the maximum recommended time to spend in the hot tub at any one time. Please cool off before getting back into the water. ■ ·No jumping in or diving. ■ ·Use only PLASTIC drinks glasses and bottles – no real glass should be used near or in the hot tub. ■ Keep soap and sun lotion out of the hot tub. ■ Children and other users who cannot keep their faces out of the water should not use the hot tub. ■ Under 4 year olds should not use the hot tub. ■ Under 8 year old children should not use a hot tub which is hotter than their body temperature (37C). ■ Children must be supervised at all times. ■ Do not exceed the number of bathers specified which is 6 ■ Hot tub should not be used after a heavy meal or while under the influence of alcohol or sedatives ■ Pregnant women, and those suffering from heart or circulation problems; fits; or who are immunocompromised must seek medical advice before use. ■ Please replace the cover after using the hot tub to keep it warm.
