Main beachfront house "Halleluja II", Buffalo Bay

"Halleluja II" is an exquisite main beachfront house, one of only 11, in Buffalo Bay. Guests are invited to make this house their home and enjoy “Buffelsbaai” to its fullest. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately this home is not available during the December and January holiday periods as the owners use it themselves. The calender is kept up to date and available dates are as shown. The space The house has an open plan living room and kitchen. Large glass sliding doors lead into an open-air quad in the middle of the house - the perfect spot to braai or sunbathe. The dining room, adjacent to the quad, flows into the sitting room with its large glass sliding doors that can open completely onto the main patio with views over the bay. Living room: There is a comfortable couch for relaxing, reading a book or watching television. Kitchen: The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/platters that can be used to cook for all 10 guests. There is also ample glassware, cutlery and crockery. There are four gas stove hobs as well as an oven and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a pantry as well as a scullery equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For family style meals guests have the option to dine around the kitchen counter on bar stools, in the dining-room for a more formal set-up, or outside in the quad. Sitting room: The perfect spot when looking for some peace and quiet. This area overlooks the bay and from here you can hear and see the waves crashing. Main patio: By far everyone's favourite spot for early morning coffee, lazy lunch, afternoon drinks and evening braai's. You can easily spend your entire day on this stoep without wanting anything else. Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with immaculate views, kingsize bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. It is the only area not located on the ground floor and has a private patio with sun loungers and a breakfast nook. There is also a private study just outside the bedroom door perfect for some quiet time. Bedroom 2: On the ground floor and can be accessed from the living room. It has a queen size bed, ample closet space and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3: On the ground floor and can be accessed from the living room. It has a queen size bed, ample closet space and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 4: On the ground floor and can be accessed from the sitting room. It has a queen size bed, ample closet space and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 5: On the ground floor and can be accessed from the sitting room. It has two ¾ beds, ample closet space and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 4. The beach can be accessed by means of a staircase located 100m from the house. The local shop is a 5 minute walk away as well as Buffelsbaai's second beach. Other things to note Cleaning: Please note that cleaning will only take place once guests have left the home, but additional (or even daily) cleaning services can be arranged at an additional fee. Pets: This is not a pet friendly home and unfortunately no pets will be allowed, without exception.
