It has a functional kitchen with two hotplates, sink and cabinet, ideal for preparing light meals. The private terrace and small garden include a sofa, poufs, table and chair to enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors. The attic-style roof (not suitable for very tall people) brings a special charm to the space and a warm atmosphere. The studio is fully equipped with beach towels, umbrella, TV with Netflix, heating and fan, and free parking right next door. Functional and comfortable, decorated in a personal style, it is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, exploring Lanzarote at your own pace. It is part of a complete estate with another accommodation and my house, all totally private and independent.
