Lavender Room, Air Conditioning, Private Bathroom, Breakfast and Pool

Halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse, at the gates of Agen on a hill overlooking the city, come and stay in one of our two comfortable air-conditioned guest rooms. Claudine and Patrick are happy to welcome you in this Lavender room with a 2 pers bed 160x200 . Wi-Fi The bathroom with toilet is attached to the bedroom. We offer our second bedroom for families or groups of 4. Closed parking. It's not a gite: the owners live on site. The space The spacious fully air-conditioned house, including a veranda with pool view, is located on a hillside in a very quiet area 5 km from Agen. It's fully air conditioned. The property closed by an electric gate has ample parking. Breakfast is included in the rate. For breakfast we offer coffee, tea or hot chocolate accompanied by fresh bread with butter and homemade jams, pain au chocolat or croissant, a glass of orange juice, a seasonal fresh fruit salad, yogurt. The air-conditioned Lavender room is equipped with a real comfortable 160 x 200 bed for 2 people: it is located in a quiet area on the garden side. A baby under 2 years old can be accommodated in the room in a travel cot set up by us: a supplement for the baby under 2 years old of €10 per night will be payable on site. A wardrobe is available in the room as well as a table and two chairs. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and electric heated towel dryer: it is adjacent to the bedroom and separated from it by a sliding door. We offer for families or groups of 3 to 4 people our second HAZELNUT room also air-conditioned and comprising either two single beds of 90 cm or a large bed of 180 cm ( to be precise when booking). The saltwater pool is heated by a heat pump from May to September. You have access from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and you can use the sunbeds on the terrace or in the garden. The locked garage is available for bicycles and motorbikes. Possibility to recharge electric car on 16A household socket (provide your own charger) Guest access Guests will have access to the pool , sunbaths , outdoor terrace and garden. The house is non-smoking but smoking is allowed on the terrace outside. Other things to note A pony club as well as a branch addict course are located nearby. A Zanimoland animal park is located in the area. WALIBI Park and the new AQUALAND Park are about a dozen kilometres away. Hiking starts are located in the area. The green road Toulouse Bordeaux is 4 km away. Many villages , bastides and castles are located in the vicinity
