A violation will result in a minimum automatic charge of £2,000. Legal action may also be taken under the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003 in cases of severe disruption. • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any violations will incur an additional cleaning fee of £300, which may include restoration or deodorization services. • Damage Reporting Policy: Guests are required to inspect the accommodation upon arrival and report any damages or missing items from the inventory within 48 hours of check-in.
