Charming country house located on the outskirts of Montuiri, a land of windmills with a great archaeological legacy that belongs to the Pla de Mallorca region and has a rural setting of unique beauty. The house with an area of 100m² occupies a single floor, is well equipped, the 7.5 x 3.5m pool is surrounded by an artificial grass area of 120m², has an outdoor shower, fridge table, hammocks and umbrellas. The space The layout of the stays is very convenient. Right upon entering we find a spacious, rustic style kitchen and fully equipped with an area to eat and a wood stove. The house has three bedrooms, one double, one single and a third with a bunk bed. A full bathroom with shower. The dining room has air conditioning, it is very bright, with large windows that open to a furnished porch that overlooks the pool. The exteriors are very nice, with ample spaces for children to play, a pergola under which a chill out has been created and an outdoor area equipped with a table and wooden benches ideal for dining outdoors. The weekly market takes place every Monday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Plaza Major. We recommend visiting: El Puig de San Miquel, a splendid viewpoint from where we can contemplate the plains and hills that constitute the Montuiri landscape. At the top we find the hermitage of the Virgin of Good Peace (1396). Here is a restaurant where you can enjoy good Mallorcan food. 7 km away is Randa, one of the smallest and most charming towns in Mallorca. At the foot of the Sanctuaries of Gracia, Sant Onorat and Cura it is worthwhile to get closer to enjoy its peace and colorful atmosphere that seems to return you to times when our current pace of life was inconceivable. Being in the center of the island, the distances to any beach or to the capital Palma, are a maximum of 30 minutes by car.
