The cottage overlooking a large park in the quiet countryside consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen (classic coffee maker & Tassimo), dining area and a TV lounge area equipped with a sofa bed. First bedroom (1 bed x 140 + 2 bunk beds x 90). Second bedroom (1 bed x 140) + 1 sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children) Bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine, freezer). The entire gite is equipped with electric heating. No smoking. Pets considered. Terrace, large 1000 m2 plot with games for children, garden furniture with umbrella, barbecue. Meadow with donkeys.
