Lively during the day, quiet at night and when the windows are closed. A home where you relax, recharge, and engage. The space The apartment is cozy (31m2) but well set-up with lots of lights and most amenities you need and a big desk. Perfect for a business trip or for couples to cozy in during their trip. Guest access Definitely feel at home in the apartment. Instead of a washer in the building, a wash-and-fold service can be offered at 15€ per 5kg of laundry when requested. This applies to bookings made after 2025.01.01. Other things to note The meaningful deposit is mostly due to the key. It is a coded key, which will be very costly to replace if lost or damaged, so please make sure it's always in your possession during your stay and return it to where it's supposed to go when you leave to avoid any deposit deduction in the future. Definitely no smoking at all in the apartment please or a deep cleaning fee will be deducted. There is no access to the mailbox, but there are a few pickup locations nearby that some e-commerces, e.g., amazon, ship to.
