Beautiful house for rent

The house is in a quiet and wooded subdivision. Close to the center of the village, you can walk to our shops in a few minutes (maximum 10 minutes). The house is very pleasant to live in and offers different spaces conducive to relaxation and sharing. The house is fully equipped. Very bright with its walls of bay windows, you will quickly fall in love with this family and atypical house. Everything is there to spend a wonderful holiday. The space This house will delight you with the quality of its services, its unique setting and its adaptability to family life. Everyone will be able to find their little piece of heaven, rest or play. Everything is designed to stay pleasantly and let yourself go to relaxation. This is our main residence, so we pay special attention to the choice of furniture, decoration, materials. We entrust it to you for the duration of your vacation. We are sure you will take care of it. The house consists of an entrance that gives access to a marble staircase and a dressing room. The staircase serves the sleeping area: 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 small living room (equipped with a sofa bed). On the ground floor you will find 1 office area, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, the living area. In each room you can find a free storage space as well as in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and will be able to give free rein to your gastronomic imagination. We can also suggest restaurants or beautiful cellars that will delight you. The house is equipped with air conditioning. This atypical house offers two outdoor spaces connected by an external staircase. Different spaces are installed there, you will find the pool area (very nice swimming lane), relaxation, plancha... The opening of the bay windows allows you to live inside-outside: a treat to enjoy all the spaces. We will ask you during your vacation to take care of our plants that will need to be watered. We will only be a few kilometers from Castries, so we will remain available to facilitate your vacation or to respond to technical problems. Guest access The place is fully available except for a room that will be locked and in which we will store our personal belongings to facilitate your installation. Professional equipment in the garage will not be made available and is prohibited from use. We will let you know upon arrival. Other things to note As this is our main residence, we ask future vacationers to respect these places and this environment that we share with pleasure and that we entrust to you. Of course, it is forbidden to download from the internet (with reference to the legislation). We also inform you that we will establish a seasonal rental contract and an inventory upon entry and an inventory upon exit. A deposit check (mandatory) of 1500 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and returned within two weeks of your departure. The house must not be damaged and the cleaning must be done at the start. An optional cleaning fee of €150 may be offered. If you opt for the cleaning package, we ask that you leave the toilets clean and a suitable house. We reserve the right to enter our house in the event of a disaster/deterioration of the property or technical problems requiring rapid intervention.
