A stone's throw (bus aprox 10-15min,ferry 30min) from the center of Stockholm lies this unique accommodation floating in the water. The room has a 160cm bed. Its located in the basement below the waterline. Enjoy a swim or a walk along the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and a nature reserve. Aprox 15min walk to the bus or ferry. The space You live in this amazing floating house, close to town with all its necessities. The room is in the basement and has for obvious reasons no windows when it is below the waterline. The room is aprox 15m2 and it has a comfortable 160cm bed, wardrobe and a tv. 15min walk to the bus that takes you to Slussen in 10-15min. The slope from my house to the busstop can seem a bit challenging. 15 min walk to Nacka Strand from where you can take the ferry (30min) into Stockholm city. Guest access On the ground floor you have access to common/shared areas such as a nice kitchen where you can have your breakfast (No cooking allowed). Living room with TV, toilet/shower. Flowering patio where the morning sun warms a nice summer day. Take a dip from the swimming ladder at the house. You find coffee and tea on the bench. The espresso machine is private Top floor is private. No smoking allowed It's you renting the room, respect our privacy and please don't bring your friends to our home. Other things to note Parking is available but have to be announced in advance since a parking permit needs to be created. Daily fee 50sek.
