Beautiful, spacious, design, comfort, sunny, cozy, contemporary. A large city apartment with its own entrance and large, sunny roof terrace. In the center of Assen aan de Vaart with city port with fantastic views. The Drents museum, theatre, shopping area and train station within walking distance. Restaurants and terraces at 250m. Assen is centrally located in the North of the Netherlands with Groningen Airport Eelde only 15 minutes away by car. Pick up and drop off service is available, also to and from the train station. The space Through your own entrance, you reach a spacious floor with large living room at the front with super views via the stairs. In the open closet you will find books and magazines about Assen and surroundings. A smart TV, workspace, and free WIFI everywhere. A designer kitchen you cook on induction. There are plenty of pans in all sizes. There is a small dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a generous oven. All necessary kitchen inventory and crockery can be found in the drawers. Kitchen linen is always well in stock. There is a Nespresso machine, but Café-pressé can also be made. On the large sleeping loft with access to the roof terrace and air conditioning, the double bed is made as standard. If you prefer each to have your own bed, we make it as a twin and place the beds apart. Please specify when booking. We have a made-up cot should you need that. In the corner of the sleeping loft is a bean bag bench where you can also sleep excellently. If you need it, we'll make it tidy. When the weather is nice, you can also put this light-in-weight bench on the roof terrace to lounge in. The particularly furnished bathroom has a large walk in shower with a rain shower where a lot of water comes out. Towels, and a bowl of shower products, will be available to help. In the large walk-in closet in the living room, there are the household items to keep the apartment organized. Space enough for your suitcases and bags. In the closet on the landing is the washing machine you can use. The roof terrace is furnished with terrace furniture and pillows. In the summer, there is also sun blinds. Guest access If you have your own bikes or are you on the motorbike, or vintage car, you can store it safely under our private carport. Cars can also park for free in the street. Other things to note If you like it you can book a boat trip through the National Park the Old Fens in Fiesland. With our comfortable sloop we sail from Eernewoude through this beautiful area (not free). Bites & drinks are provided.
