An older house in quiet old area of the village with 17th century cottages around the corner or open country across the road! This is my home and I will be here most of the time. You are free to use the wireless internet connection. Wroughton has a number of pubs, some offering food, a few shops and just 3 miles (5k) from Swindon centre which is served by regular buses. A 15 minute bus ride or drive to Avebury with its stone circle and manor. Also you have easy access to Barbury castle and the Ridgeway for excellent walking and mountain biking routes. M4 junctions are less than 10 minutes drive giving easy access to Bath (50 mins), Bristol (50 mins) and London. Oxford, Salisbury and Stonehenge are about an hour away. Swindon railway station is only 3 miles. Ideal for short term accommodation in this area. A double room is also available. I love walking and cycling and happy to advise on nearby routes. Guest access You have access to the dining/living room, kitchen, bathroom and come any warm days the patio. During your stay I will be around much of the time and love to get to know you. I do work part time and may leave early and return late during the week. I often share breakfast with guests and the occasional drink. Other things to note Check-in from 17:00 this is very flexible and dependent on other commitments. Check-out by 10:30 please.
