The house has 185 square meters of living space. On the ground floor there is the open kitchen, the adjoining living and dining room, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub and three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a single bed (90 x 200), one has a smaller double bed (140 x 200) and one has a double bed (200 x 200). The space The layout is suitable for large families, accompanying grandparents or two friendly families. You have plenty of space and still have separate areas. In the basement there is also a laundry room and a gym. In summer, the terrace with seating area and sun loungers invites you to relax, in winter a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Parking spaces are available for your car(s) or, on request and by arrangement, a garage. There is a charging station for electric cars (charges apply). Internet access via Wi-Fi can be used. Children are welcome, the large garden invites you to play. A small stream runs directly on the property, where children like to play. There is also a children's playground close by. Other things to note Linens and towels are included with us :-) The house has a charging station for electric cars. We require a security deposit of €200 in advance. You can charge your electric car for €0.383 per kWh. If you need less, we will refund the rest or provide you with an invoice if you need more electricity. This is only about charging the electric car, the normal electricity consumption is included.
