The villa with apartments is located in an ideal location, quiet for a good vacation, but close to all amenities. Stobrec, the nearest town, is only a few minutes drive away, there is also a beach with all amenities for guests. Stobrec also has plenty of restaurants and café bars on the waterfront. Apartment with one bedroom (one double bed and one sofa bed) equipped with toilette with shower, kitchenette, air condition, wifi and satellite TV. The space This apartments are suitable for two adults and one child. Guests can use grill, outdoor swimming pool (shared with other guests in the house), children playground Guest access All guests in the house has free access to barbecue (behind the house) garden, swimming pool area, private parking. The pool is shared and is used by all guests in the house. Grocery shop and bakery are few minutes by walk from the house. Beach is about 15-20min by walk (Stobrec kamp beach) Restaurants, caffe bars are situated in Stobrec place, as well as supermarket, post office, farmacy. Washing machine is at disposal in the house, there is extra fees for use it (please ask for more information in the house) Check in is from 2:00 PM, but guests can arrive earlier.
