The Shepherd's Shed at Accott Manor

A unique charming property for two guests (and their dog) in a lovely countryside setting. Enjoy unique self-catering accommodation at The Shepherd’s Hut at Accott Manor, set in a stunning rural location in North Devon, with the coast, Exmoor National Park and numerous popular local attractions all within a short drive away. The space Set apart from the other three cottages at Acott Manor, The Shepherd’s Shed is perfect for couples looking for a place to ‘get away from it all’ and enjoy a relaxing break away together. Inside, the shed oozes charm and character throughout. The kitchen is compact, but has everything you could need for a self-catering stay and includes a small cooker with hob, fridge and a sink. A wood-burning stove provides a cosy and warm feel, as well as being an excellent place to boil the kettle for a cuppa! A breakfast bar with two stools is the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast or snack. At the rear of the shed, you’ll find a comfy double bed and a wall-mounted TV. There is a separate purpose built fitted bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC. Outside, behind the shed, there is also a separate covered wash basin and a gas BBQ. There is an outdoor seating area covered by an awning, where dining can be enjoyed ‘alfresco style’ whilst admiring the far reaching countryside views. But the real added luxury is the wood fired hot tub, where guests staying at The Shepherd’s Shed can enjoy exclusive use. Relax and unwind after enjoyable days exploring surrounded by spectacular panoramic countryside views, beautiful sunsets or starlit skies. One dog is allowed. There is an additional charge of £30. Please let us know at time of booking whether you will be bring a dog, we will then add to your booking. Payment must be received prior to arrival. Other pets will be considered at the owner's discretion. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation, that is actually set further apart from the other cottages at Accott Manor. Other things to note Please note: there is a communal games room for guests to use, but Covid guidelines will apply. If guests are unable to travel due to Covid reasons, we will waiver the 60 day policy and guests will receive a full refund or the opportunity to move dates.
