Room in the Alxukia farmhouse in the Basque Country

The room is bright and pleasant. The place is very quiet, only the birds can be heard. You will have the perfect rest in its large 180 X 200 bed (or 2 beds of 90 X 200 on request) Alxukia is a farm dating back to 1600, this room has all modern comforts. Bathroom with toilet and shower dedicated only to this room. Breakfast is extra on request. This is a perfect place to relax. The house stays cool in summer, no air conditioning needed :) The space Bedroom with 180 X 200 bed, on the ground floor with private bathroom. During your stay We live and work on site; we will be happy to help if you need Other things to note The villages for food and other shopping are Bidache (10 km) or Saint-Palais (11 km) There is a bus (no. 11) that serves the Bayonne/Saint Palais route. It stops at the village of Arraute-Charritte. There are markets in the surrounding villages almost every day, ask us. (Saint-Palais, Sauveterre-de-Béarn, La Bastide-Clairence, Peyrehorade...) Alxukia is a Permaculture farm in the early stages of its creation, We have a few chickens and a few sheep. We can give you a tour and explain the ongoing projects.
