Welcome to our new gîte, completely renovated in 2025, which is located in the Souché district, just 5 minutes from the city center (very quiet environment and no parking worries!). Featuring a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Shops (bakery, butcher, wine shop, pharmacy...) 3 minutes away by walk. Easy access to visit the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle or Poitiers... The space We offer our pretty 50m2 cottage for your holidays, extended weekends or during your business trips. It has all the comforts to have a good time! - You will find a fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine (plunger and filter), kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave . Basic necessities will be available for more comfort (coffee, tea, herbal tea, oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar as well as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent...). - You can enjoy your meals on the island with 4 high stools or on the table on your terrace if the weather permits! - You will have a desk and fiber WiFi access. - Enjoy the seating area on the sofa or rocking chair. You will have access to Netflix and MyCanal as well as a vintage SuperNщ console and 21 games to immerse yourself in your childhood! - Bedroom with comfortable bed in 160, access to the bathroom and its large shower of 140 by 90 and the vanity furniture of 120. We provide sheets (for stays of 2 nights minimum), towel, shower gel, shampoo. - The second bed is in the living room, with the TEDIBER sofa bed in 140 (very comfortable too!) We provide a standing fan for the hottest days (even if the cottage keeps it cool). Outside, you can enjoy the private 20m2 terrace. ATTENTION!! You will have exclusive access to the plancha, the boule court, the trampoline and of course the heated swimming pool of 10mx3.50, only during summer reservations of at least one week when we are moping ourselves! The rest of the time, the pool is not shared. The cottage is non-smoking, please smoke or vape outside the house. The bed is made on arrival (for stays of 2 nights minimum). Cleaning is included. We just ask you to wash your dishes, empty the dishwasher, take out the garbage and just respect the premises:) Guest access Our gîte is in the outbuilding of our house and has a small private garden. Parking space under courtyard, secure.
