The left half of the house "Findling" offers enough space for relaxing holidays for young and old with a living space of 128 sqm spread over two floors, a furnished terrace and a south-facing garden with unobstructed views of the Bodden. Particular emphasis was placed on the spaciousness of the rooms and the tasteful furnishings in warm natural tones with a maritime character. The space On the ground floor is the spacious, high-quality living and dining room with a large dining table for up to 8 people. On the couch in the living room you can end the day in front of the fireplace. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV, a DVD player and a hi-fi system. Wi-Fi in the house is of course also available and free of charge. The high-quality kitchenette, harmoniously integrated in the living area, has a dishwasher, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various small items that complete the kitchen equipment. One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a rattan bed (140 cm x 200 cm). A modern shower room with a flat shower tray (1.00 m x 1.00 m), toilet and the "boulder" sink is also located on the ground floor. All doors on the ground floor have a passage width of about 95 cm, which underlines the spacious character of the house. Tall people will appreciate the through heights of the doors of 210 cm, as well as the over-length double bed in one of the upper bedrooms. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for free use. Also an extra chair for toddlers. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm wide double bed (one of which has an over length of 220 cm) as well as a flat screen TV. And if there are any urgent office work on vacation, they can be done in one of these bedrooms at the desk with seating. The third bedroom has a corner bunk bed with two single beds size 90x200cm and a smaller desk with seating. There is enough space for your wardrobe in all bedrooms. The spacious bathroom on this level impresses with a flat shower tray (1.00 m x 1.00 m), a bathtub and the in-house sauna. A spacious wash area as well as toilet and bidet are also included. The entire non-smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. There is also no additional cost for telephone connections to the German landline. The in-house photovoltaic system generates green electricity. Please note: Charging electric vehicles via household sockets is not permitted for safety reasons and may incur a fee of €500. This semi-detached house is suitable for 1-7 people, but can also be used by 8 people. The two non-smoking halves of the house can be booked individually or together as a complete house! Other things to note Need to Know: - For each of the two semi-detached houses, there are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. You can store your bikes in a lockable bike shed. - Please bring your own firewood or it can be purchased at the local retail store. - A refundable security deposit of 100 euros will be charged for this semi-detached house.
