San Lorenzo Rural House

Our house is designed to make guests feel at home. It is spacious and comfortable, ideal for family or friends gatherings. The environment can't be better, nature reserve. We look forward to welcoming you. No pets, no parties, no bachelor parties. Quiet hours after 11:00 pm outside and 1:00 am inside. A refundable deposit of €200 is requested. We have 3 extra beds, the price is €20 bed/night. The space Casa Rural San Lorenzo is categorized with 5 Stars in Tourism. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. The living room is open-plan with a study upstairs, a plasma TV and a reading corner, as well as enough sofas and armchairs for the total number of seats in the house. Bedrooms with TV, luggage racks, desks with their own light, built-in designer closets...... The porch is covered and has a TV outlet as well as a large garden with furniture and a barbecue (charcoal) Parking, BBQ, Good views, Careful decoration, Closed garden, Garden furniture, Covered porch, TV in living room, Green area. The house has two bathrooms with a hydromassage shower and a toilet, five bedrooms, 3 with a double bed (one of 2 meters and two with beds of 1.50m.) and 2 with two single beds. The master bedroom features a canopy bed and a dressing room. We also have three optional extra beds. The house is equipped with an alarm connected to the police and smoke detectors. -The maximum capacity of the house is 13 people, with extra beds only for children. A larger number may be admitted if there are babies (with a crib), who are under 18 months of age. Inflatable mattresses will not be allowed as the house has extra beds. Guest access The entire country house is for rent, all its parts are accessible. The common spaces, as well as the garden and porch, are large and spacious to make our guests comfortable.
