Burgundy house of character: the book stable

Maisey le Duc is a very small village, situated in the « Chatillonnais » at the north of « COTE D’OR »( Burgondy). It stands inside a near future National Park, not very far from famous French towns : CHAUMONT (45 km), TROYES (85 km), AUXERRE ( 94 km), DIJON (94 km) and served by the motorway A5 (50 km/way out 22 or 23) For those who love nature, many walks or rides are possible, particularly in the chatillon’s forest (more than 20000 ha), that starts close to the village. The space The total area of the house is about 70 m²: The ground floor : a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with wc, a large dressing and a bedroom with a bed for two persons (140 cm) The first floor served by a miller's ladder: a study-library with a bed for two and above a small mezzanine with a sleeping arrangement. You can watch television and accede to a wifi connexion Adapted bed, chair and bath for a baby is at the disposal of parents Cars can be easily parked nearwess and you can accede to a closed yard Pets are admitted. The owners live in a separated house witch stands in the same yard Guest access There are several places of interest for tourist round here : Chatillon ‘s museum with the famous Vix ‘s treaxure, Fontenay ‘s cistercian abbey, Val des choues Cistercian abbey, Forest house in Leuglay and archeological sites like Alesia, Vix, Vertault… You may also taste (with moderation, of course!= sparking wine (Crémant de Bourgogne”) produced all around and the Burgondy, as you run know is famous for its wines and gastronomies specialities
