Stunning seaview villa on the coast of Tuscany

This lovely private villa in the hills of Versillia has been our holiday home for many years. It enjoys spectacular views on the Tuscan coast and the jetset town of Forte dei Marmi. Shopping, beaches, playgrounds and restaurants all within 15 min drive away. Day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Florence. The house is situated on the Pelgrim route 'La Via Francigena' with nice walking and cycling itineraries. The main house hosts 6 persons and the seperate apartment hosts 4 persons. The space First thing you'll notice about our summer house is its spectacular 180° view extending from the harbor of Pisa to the marble mountains of Carrara. The house is tastefully decorated combining antiques, local materials and modern technology. Because of its unique position at a stone's-throw distance from the sea, the mountains, the golf course and the jetset town of Forte dei Marmi, this holiday destination offers something for everyone. In the evening you'll enjoy dining out on the veranda overlooking the bay or visiting one of the many fine restaurants in the vicinity of the house. The house is perfectly suitable for families with kids. Our kids just love venturing out into the garden which is situated on different levels surrounding the house. With its exotic plants and typical Mediterranean flora there is plenty to explore! The main house comfortably accommodates 6 guests. A separate apartment that accommodates 4 additional guests is available for larger groups at an additional fee. This fee is automatically calculated when booking for more than 6 guests. The two units will not be rented separately, so you will always have the entire property to yourselves. Guest access The house is situated on a hill, with the upper part available for rent and the totally seperate, downstairs apartment reserved for our housekeeper. The first floor of the main house offers a large living room (with a dining space) bordered with terraces and balconies (total balcony surface is 250 m2), a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (WC), a beautiful veranda (35 m2 ideal for outdoor dining) and an outdoor kitchen. The house is surrounded by a 200 m2 flat green garden with sea views. The sleeping area on the second floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the large master bed room has a king size bed and a private suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms (1 with king size bed and 1 with twin beds) share a bathroom on the hallway. All rooms have beautiful wooden floors and a private balcony with sea view. A seperate 100M2 apartment is available for larger groups at an additionnal fee which is automatically calculated when you book for more than 6 people. The apartment is composed of a main bedroom with queen bed, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and kitche/dining area. It has its own outdoor dining area and garden with beautiful sea views. The apartment will not be rented separatly so you will always have the entire premises to yourself. The house has a private gated entrance (automatic) and a 200 m drive-way planted with cypress trees which runs up to the parking area in front of the property. Other things to note As per local laws, we are obliged to declare each guest with the tourist administration. For this purpose we ask a copy of all passports. We are further obliged to collect a tourist tax of 1 euro per guest per night, excluding children up to 6 years old. Baby/toddler and kids equipment are available, including a baby bed and a baby chair. Only in July and August, a foldable prefab swimming is available for the guests.
