Tiny House near city Arnhem and nature

The tiny house has everything for a wonderful stay on the Veluwe and is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Arnhem. The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house. The house consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with even dishwasher and espresso machine ) The space The tiny house is suitable for two people and fully equipped: The kitchen is equipped with an automatic espresso machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and oven/microwave. There is a separate bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Both kitchen and bath linen are provided. The sleeping/living room has a dining table, a sitting area and a comfortable bed with two pocket spring mattresses. The house is heated with central heating. There is also a veranda at the house with a comfortable separated outdoor seating area. Guest access The tiny house is a detached house in the garden that is freely accessible from the road. The garden house is separated from our house by a hedge and has its own sitting area under a veranda in part of the garden. The access to the garden house is following the path along the right side of our house. And then follow the path on the left side of the garden house until the entrance on your right. You can check in yourself via a key box, which is on the left side of the door. When I am at home I will of course let you in myself. There is a grass strip in front of the house where you can park for free. Other things to note *Tourist tax is €3.50 per person per night and is not included in the price. Please leave cash on departure. * We do not charge cleaning costs, we ensure that the garden house is neat and clean upon arrival and expect you to leave it just as neat and clean when you leave. * Babies under 1 year of age in consultation and bring your own bed. * Adjusted arrival and departure time in consultation. * Walking and cycling routes and maps of the area available * Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and cooking oil available * Kitchen and bath towels are provided, as well as hand soap, shampoo and toilet paper. * Bed linen provided
