The space You Ski Immobilier invites you to discover the CDA 54 duplex, a warm and comfortable cocoon for 8 people, ideally located at the entrance to the village of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, near the church, in the heart of the Sybelles ski area. On the ground floor, a functional space accommodates your ski gear and shoes. A cozy bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm) awaits you for a well-deserved rest, while a shower room and a separate toilet ensure all the necessary comfort after your first descents. The living room is the true heart of the duplex: the cozy and bright living room invites you to relax. You can settle on the sofa after a day on the slopes, a book in hand or with the family, and let your gaze wander over the surrounding mountains. The open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and raclette machine, allows you to easily prepare your meals. Imagine a friendly dinner around the table, laughter, discussions, shared dishes... all in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (80 x 190 cm), perfect for children or friends. The free shuttle from the resort, available in winter, or the little train in summer, makes it easy to get around the resort if necessary.
