The home is adjacent to Lamphey Court Hotel & guests can use the Spa with heated swimming pool & gym. Nearby is the Milford Haven Waterway & so is convenient for the refineries & business centre. Your spacious flat is on the ground floor with a big garden, a sunny patio & has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen/dining & lounge. There is parking for 3 vehicles Village shop & local pub nearby You are adjacent to Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa & you have use of the swimming pool & gym during your stay...( please note that there are set times for use by children ) You are close to the surrounding towns such as Pembroke & Tenby. Well behaved dogs can be accepted at a charge of £10/night/dog. Guest access Access to the space as noted above (please note: the front part of the house is not included) The spacious grounds & patios, can be used freely. Children will love to play - especially in the woods at the bottom of the garden . Free access to the Spa with heated indoor swimming pool, spa bath & Gym at our adjacent Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa, please note that there are set hours for children. Spa treatments, massage & beauty are available by booking at the hotel. Other things to note We are close to Tenby and Saundersfoot (we are in the village of Lamphey) Just 10 mins away from Pembroke Dock ferry to Rosslare, Ireland Close to the business centre of the Milford Haven Waterway & a 15minute drive to the oil terminals. The nearest & our favourite beach is Freshwater East with golden sands washed by the Atlantic ocean. The spectacular Pembrokeshire footpath should not be missed! Nearby Pembroke castle was birthplace of Henry VII Two pets are permitted.... please not allowed on the furniture, bedrooms or carpeted areas & to sleep in the kitchen area (extra £10 per night/ per stay)
