Country house in the heart of the Périgord Noir

Welcome to our Périgord farm (charm, comfort and authenticity) composed of a single cottage. The barn and stables around the house are only used for storage (bicycles, barbecue, pingpong table, firewood for the stove etc.) It is a haven of peace and quiet close to tourist attractions. It is also the starting point for several hiking trails. The space Spacious with 2 bedrooms upstairs (one 140 bed and storage in each), 2 bathrooms (with sink, shower and storage shelves) and a separate toilet. A 90 cm wide folding bed is available upstairs if needed On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen and a large room composed of a living room and a sitting area. Other things to note - Possibility to rent linens (15 euros/bed) and towels (10 euros/person). - You must clean the accommodation before your departure. If not, you will have to pay 80 euros cleaning fee. - Regarding electric vehicles, the listing is not equipped with suitable sockets for charging. The nearest charging stations are in Les Eyzies (about 8 km away)
