Villa Tontenano Capannole, old residence of Conti Guidi, is situated in the Chianti area near Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The Villa is surrounded by a beutiful, weel-kept and private garden where there are olive trees, vineyards, oaks and flowers. At the beginning, during the 1200, Villa Tontenano C. was a tower The Villa is pacefull and so it's perfect to relax yourself! At the same time is perfect to visit the most important art cities like: Florence, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza.. The space Villa Tontenano Capannole is an old typical Tuscan house, the middle of the house is about 16th century. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful and gorgeous garden well kept. There are a lot of olive trees and during November my family and me make a delicious extra virgin olive oil. The Villa uses green energy by photovoltaic panels and so the Villa is completly zero-emission to respect the nature! Near the Villa there are chickens and every morning you can take the fresh eggs and use it. There are also a vegetable garden, during spring and summer, and you can use fresh tomatoes, basil, zucchini, cucumbers and onions.... Guest access During your stay at Villa di Tontenano Capannole you can use the main house with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The annex will be closed. You will be the only guests at Villa Tontenano Capannole with your privacy. You can relax in the beautiful garden, in the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi! On request you can relax with a beutiful relaxing massage...I'm a disposal for you! The massage room is next to the Jacuzzi! The massage room is only for Villa's guests! During your stay my family and me we are at your disposal to help you and for everything you need! From the 1st June to the 15th September you can heat (25°C degree) the swimming pool with an extra cost of €.100,00 per day (you can pay directly at the Villa) Other things to note The guests of Villa Tontenano Capannole can use everything. Everything is exclusive for our guests. I only rent my Villa as a private place to one group of guests (family or friends) at a time, being the only residents, the quality and privacy of their stay is guaranteed.
