Newly refurbished to a very high standard, this comfortable and stylish flat is just a 5 minute walk from Manor Park station. Manor Park is superbly connected via the brand new Elizabeth Line. It connects Manor Park to Stratford in 6 mins, Liverpool St / Moorgate (The City) in 15 mins, Tottenham Court Rd in 20 mins, and, Heathrow in 75 mins. With such short journey times the flat feels like its in central London. The space The flat is a well designed space that guests are more than welcome to treat as their home. There are all the amenities one could wish for inc. fibre optic broadband, washer / dryer, universal power sockets in the bedroom, iron, hairdryer, - the list goes on. The flat is extremely close to two well connected stations. Manor Park and Woodgrange Park that connect you to East / Central London and North London respectively. Making travelling around London really very easy. The area itself has beautiful parkland and an amazing range of bars and restaurants. There are always new independent restaurants and bars opening close by which are certainly worth a visit. For example Burgess and Hall (wine and cocktail bar), Arch Rivals (contemporary Asian restaurant), Pretty Decent (award winning microbrewery), Tracks (restaurant, bar and record store!) Guest access Guests have free roam of the flat and are welcome to use all the communal spaces which include: - modern fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, washer dryer, dishwasher and iron. - sparkling clean bathroom with heated towel rail, a beautifully warm and powerful shower. You're welcome to have a bath if you want to have a long relaxing soak at the end of the day too. Soft fluffy towels are ofcourse also provided. - Large living room with 100s of books that you’re welcome to sample. Two comfortable sofas, coffee table and an ever expanding art collection! - Balcony with seating, table and lighting where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or an evening meal during the warmer months. You’re welcome to smoke here if you like too. During your stay I love meeting all the guests who come through the door. Everybody has their own unique and fascinating stories.
