Single room in friendly house

We can only accept female guests. We have a house in a quiet area but within easy reach of the city centre and all amenities. We like to have a warm and friendly atmosphere where guests can join with us and our 18 year old son for chats or keep their own privacy if they prefer. We are happy to provide information and guidance on the surrounding areas. The space Kitchen facilities are available for your use. Laundry facilities are available at a small cost. Guests are welcome to use all family areas of the house and we also have a garden and deck where they can relax and, if they are smokers, have a cigarette. Guest access There is a bus stop nearby with buses going into the town centre regularly. At present there is restricted on road parking in our area. During your stay We are happy to give advice about the facilities and points of interest in the city and surrounding areas. Some guests have also joined us in excursions to the local pub and evenings out.
