Cottage: 2 Bedrooms: air-conditioned, one with 1 double bed 160 (Queen Size) plus TV and one with 2 beds 90 not superimposed (bed made on arrival and towels provided), 1 living room with a very functional modern kitchen, fully equipped with large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, induction cooktop, ovens..., sitting area with sofa and TV. Air conditioning to mitigate the summer heat wave. Pool: Saltwater, lit up in the evening, no swimming schedules. Nice spa for relaxation that flows directly into the 8*4 pool right next to the cottage. Fence with gate between the cottage and the pool. Beaches surrounded by planters with plants and flowers. Towels are provided when the pool is open (May - September) The pool will be shared with us (when we are there) but it remains a nice moment in the evening to discuss together the walks to do, the traditions of the region... We uncover it from May to the end of September depending on the temperatures and a heat pump system plus bubble cover allows it to heat up quite quickly. It is not possible to swim when the pool is being cleaned with the robot. Surrounding area: Ideal for fishing because the river is only 150 m away, swimming areas are also nice for those who prefer to swim in the river. Great location for visiting the area between Nîmes and Avignon (sea and mountains less than 1 hour away). Pont du Gard is nearby. Don't forget the Avignon Festival in July, a must-see event within 30 minutes. Here you will find a warm welcome, cicadas, nature and, in principle, the sun. Very pleasant also in the off-season; autumn with grapes, mushrooms, chestnuts..., later in the season with magnificent Christmas market, and spring with flowers in abundance from February to June.
