English-style triplex cottage, Art Nouveau. The Estate is surrounded by 2.5 hectares of wooded nature. The space With an area of 100 m2 in triplex, it consists of a ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room from which you can directly access the courtyard. On the 1st level, a bedroom with 3 90 cm Shabby-style beds. On the same level, a bathroom with double sink, large shower and toilet, you will also find towels and a hairdryer. On the top level, a large master bedroom with a 140 cm wrought iron bed and a baby bed. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, steamer, electric coffee maker, electric kettle... The living room has two non-convertible sofas, a flat-screen TV, stereo, Ethernet and Wifi. In the courtyard, garden furniture awaits you with a barbecue grill and large parasol. The farmhouse has a shared laundry room with the Pastourelle cottage, with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The price includes water and electricity charges, as well as bed linen, bath towels, table towels and tea towels. The large pool is there to cool you down while enjoying the sun on the deckchairs. It's a natural pool, no chlorine. Each cottage has its own independent entrance.
