Ideally located on the quieter western side of the Conwy Valley, Preswylfa is a centrally positioned holiday property for an extended family gathering. There’s a lovely upstairs living room with a balcony with views of the mountains, and a fabulous relaxing hot tub, ideal to soothe those aching muscles after a day walking in the hills and mountains. Just over half a mile away is a historic 500 year old pub and it’s actually the oldest licensed pub in Wales. PLEASE CONTACT HOST FOR DOG BOOKINGS** The space Preswylfa is located in a rural location with fantastic mountain views and overlooking fields of oak trees but we are also only a five minute drive or bus journey away from the picturesque fishing town of Conwy with it's Castle, shops and a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants to suit all visitors young and old. With a choice of 5 bedrooms with 2 super king, 1 double, 1 king and 2 small singles. A lovely dining room with a log burner, a large table that seats 10, large sofas and a Tv, a kitchen with dining table and a games room. Guest access Preswylfa is a self contained holiday house with driveway parking for 3-4 cars depending on what vehicles. We ask that cars are not parked on the road or on the driveway/garage next door to Preswylfa. Ample outside space with enclosed courtyard with a covered hot tub and further seating at the top of the garden. A DISCOUNT MAY BE ADDED FOR SMALLER BOOKINGS IF LESS BEDROOMS ARE Required. We charge a £50 surcharge for dogs House trained dogs only, NO PUPPIES Although we have an upstairs living room dogs are strictly not permitted upstairs or in the downstairs bedroom or sofas. Please note that dogs should not be left in unattended and if you feel that they may fret at night and cause damage we suggest that they be crated. Money will be taken from the £200 security deposit if any damage is caused due to the dog/dogs.
