A new studio apartment in a new building 650 meters from the Devyatkino metro station. A new residential area that has all the essentials - shops (Dixy in the next building), pharmacies, cafes (McDonald's and KFC in 5 minutes). A direct metro line to Moskovsky Railway Station and Nevsky Prospect (the trip will take 33 minutes). For guests - a double bed, Ikea folding bed, TV, kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. Drinking water filter, tea, coffee, cookies. Cleanliness and friendly hosts :-) The space The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the metro. There is a Dixy supermarket and 2 beauty salons in our building. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants on the way to the subway, including McDonald's and Tokyo City. We do not leave guests without attention, we are always available. But we try not to remind you of our existence :-) We believe that cleanliness in the apartment is another big plus. Guest access The guest can use absolutely everything in the apartment. Other things to note There is a grocery and household store, a beauty salon in our house.
