Nature and Spa Break

The space My house is located between Bourges and Sancerre, in the Menetou-Salon vineyard area, and in the heart of a region that is very rich in art and history. The hamlet of Redan, where the house is located, is a 20-minute drive from Bourges and Sancerre, and a 2.5-hour drive from Paris via the A77. The private areas offered consist of a 14 m² bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a second 19 m² bedroom, located above the first one, with two 160 cm beds. The second bedroom, located under the slope, is accessed via a miller's ladder staircase. It is only available for bookings of three or more people. The bedrooms have direct access to the relaxation area/spa, which is heated and available year-round. The Spa area has a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. The set is private. Hot tub and hammam are available 24/7. The use of the sauna requiring a long preheating will be done by appointment and will be limited to one session per 24 hours. The space is equipped with a home theater, a video library is available. Redan is an old farmhouse located in the heart of the countryside. It's best to plan what you'd like to do for dinner before you arrive! If you want to dine at the restaurant, you will find my recommendations in the guide. It's best to book ahead. I can of course help you and book for you; otherwise I offer a dinner that we will share, I would ask you for a contribution of €30 per person, I would be happy to make you taste a regional wine. The house is located on a 2-hectare plot bordered by a river. In summer, the sun loungers and the hammock invite you to rest; a pool 4 x 12 meters is at your disposal. In summer and winter, the relaxation/spa area provides the perfect setting for reading and pampering yourself. I love nature and gardening, the arts, and good food. I combine a professional life in Paris with a ceramic art business in my studio located in the house. LGBTQ+ people and LGBTQ+-friendly guests are welcome for a simple and friendly stay. Guest access The guest rooms, bathroom, toilet, relaxation/spa area located upstairs are private, my guests can enjoy the garden at their convenience. They can access my home (living room, shower room on the ground floor) which I share with them. Breakfast is included in the room price. During your stay I like to welcome and interact with my visitors, but I respect the choice of some for a certain independence. Breakfast is included in the room price. I am always very happy to introduce the region's wine during a welcome drink! I offer a table d'hôtes, in which case I would ask you for a fee of €30 per person, including drinks.
