Lime Tree Cottage is situated on our family farm, close to the steading and surrounded by mature trees. Recently renovated to include super fast broadband, the cottage provides luxury accommodation for 4. Scenic walks from your door with cattle and sheep nearby and a variety of woodlands to explore. This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and beautiful St. Abbs nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals. The space This well equipped and recently refurbished cottage has super fast broadband to the premises together with a very efficient heating system supplied by the farm biomass boiler, ensuring a warm house on arrival! Upstairs: 1 king size bedroom and 1 double bedroom. Downstairs: 1 double bedroom; bathroom with overhead fixed shower and extender; farmhouse style kitchen fitted with all new appliances; a large fridge freezer in the back porch; living room with wood burner stove and Smart TV over the fireplace, together with a workspace. Patio with bistro set and garden surrounded by wooded area at the back with views to the fields. Plenty of walks on the farm where you can see the cows, sheep, and wildlife, in particular the Dean, taking in the valley views towards the sea. There's also a Games Room with table tennis and table football in an old converted farm building. There’s an outside 3 pin socket on the house wall for EVs, FOC and a wall charger at the farmhouse for speedier charging (Type 2) *25p/kWh*.
