Apartment is located in small village Poljana on island Ugljan. Ferry rides 20min from Zadar old town or Gaženica port to Preko. From apt. to the beach, shop and beach bar is 5 min walk. Our house is in quiete place where you can relax.There is a large garden with lots of free extra facilities such as a barbecue area,deck chairs, swimming pool (shared with guests from our other apt.), billiard, table tennis, sand boxes. We have big parking under the house just for our guests. The space Apartment is on the first floor of our house with big balconie. Apartment has separate entrance. The swimming pool and all outdoor amenities are shared with guests from our other apartments. Our house and our garden are surrounded by greenery (there are lot of olive trees). It is very quiet place with no traffic. In the area of our house and in the garden there are a lot of places where children can play an places to relax. There is little stone house next to the swimming pool and there is a billard table, table football and a sandbox for kids. In front of little stone house is a patio that our guests can use. In front of the pool is an outdoor shower. Around the pool are deck chairs that are also available to our guests. Below the house we have a private parking for our guests. Guest access - swimming pool (1.5. - 10.10.) - garden area - free parking Other things to note *swimming pool is in use from 1.5.-10.10. We expect our guests enjoy their stay while respecting our property and the neighborhood.
