Single bedroom, great facilities & ideal location

Located in the centre of Carmarthen, 5 mins walk to all the town has to offer Ideally located for the tourist attractions but also for people working away, 5mins to St Davids college & the main hospital. Guests will have access to shared bathroom & the kitchen,a large decking area & my hot tub as well!(upon prior arrangement)There is a car port for free parking if needed. I am a friendly person who will be happy to answer any questions you may have on the area & for recommended restaurants etc. The space You will full access to your bedroom, downstairs bathroom and the kitchen-utensils and pots are available if needed. The back garden/large decking area is also available if you wish to relax there. Other things to note I have a hot tub available for use on my decking area (prior arrangements agreed before use & during May - September) I have a washing machine available also upon request along with a dishwasher.
