It has been designed specifically for large groups with both a sitting room and dining room giving plenty of space to hang out together and socialise. A large kitchen with American Fridge Freezer and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you need to cook a full 3 course meal. There’s even a garden to have a BBQ and eat outdoors. We provide all the bedding towels and toiletries you’ll need. Ideal holiday destination as walkable to Cardiff City centre with all its bars shops and cafes. Short bus or taxi ride to Cardiff Bay tourist attraction. Around 40 min drive to the fabulous beaches of Barry Island, Porthcawl and Ogmore-by-Sea. An hours drive to the award winning beaches at the Gower. Well behaved Stags, & Hens allowed. We live only 5 minutes away and know the area like the back of our hand, so happy to make recommendations for the best places to visit. Cardiff is fantastic as a weekend mini break or a staycation base. One permit available for on street parking but other spaces available for free. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and the paved garden. We have a garden table plus seating for all guests. We also have a fire pit. Other things to note We have 3 full bathrooms so are ideal for larger groups, yes even stags and hens! All we ask is that there are no wild parties (we don't want to upset our lovely neighbours) The two sofa beds are IKEA Friehetens. These make (easily) into really comfortable full size double beds. The bedding is stored inside. One is in the front room and one is in the dining room, allowing the privacy and convenience of two extra bedrooms.
