Our cottage is an outbuilding of the former Ste Anne school and has been rehabilitated into cozy accommodation that has retained its old-fashioned charm thanks to its exposed beams and cut stones. It has a large garden with deck chairs, garden furniture... and a private terrace not overlooked as well as a parking space and independent access. The space Our Saint Anne gîte is for a maximum capacity of 4 people. Please contact us before booking if there are more of you to see together if this is possible or not. The accommodation is fully equipped and very comfortable. It is composed of: - an entrance through the veranda where it is very pleasant to relax, - a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace insert (possibility of using it) which allows you to spend moments full of conviviality with your family or friends, - a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, also with a small table to allow you to have your breakfast there, - a very cozy bedroom with storage, - a small shower room (access from the bedroom) - separate powder room. Outside, you can fully enjoy the garden (fully fenced) and its private terrace not overlooked thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue that we provide. Bed and bath linens are included in the price, your beds will be made upon your arrival and 2 towels per person will be prepared for you. Cleaning is €30 for the accommodation no matter how long your stay is. You won't have to mop, sweep, or even sanitize anything at the end of your stay, we'll take care of it. However, you will need to: - Place your trash cans in the container provided for this purpose and take it out to the sidewalk on Wednesday evening. The glass must be placed in the bucket provided for this purpose in the outbuilding. - Strip your beds and gather the sheets and towels. - The appliances (oven, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, etc.) must be returned clean, the dishes washed, dried and put away, as well as the kitchen worktops and tables. - Clean the barbecue and its grill, empty the ashes and store it in the outbuilding if you used it. - Close the parasol in case of wind or rain as well as every night. Beauval Zoo Park is 35 minutes away, Valencay Castle is 30 minutes away, Bouges Le Château Castle is 15 minutes away, Palluau sur Indre Castle is 10 minutes away, Pellevoisin Sanctuary is 2 minutes away, Châteauroux Aquatic Centre is 35 minutes away, the medieval city of Loches is 45 minutes away, Bellebouche Pond with its beach and adventure park is 30 minutes away, Brenne Natural Park is 30 minutes away. Accommodation located less than 35 minutes from the National Shooting Centre where the Olympic Games will take place Guest access Ideally located, our Ste Anne pavilion is located in the heart of Pellevoisin (small village with all shops within walking distance), 150 meters from the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Miséricorde but also less than 30 minutes from many tourist attractions such as: - Beauval Zoo, - The natural site of Bellebouche Pond and its beach, - The Haute Touche Nature Reserve, - Valencay Castle - Château de Bouges "The little Trianon of Berry", - The village of Montrésor (ranked among one of the most beautiful villages in France) - The medieval city of Loches (40 minutes away). Feel free to stay for several days, there are really a lot of very nice activities to do all around our cottage! What a pleasant stay with family or friends.
